Wrike pricing explained

A free plan for up to five users, two paid tiers with real seat minimums, and seats sold in fixed blocks that quietly set the floor.

Wrike publishes clean per seat prices, but the seat rules decide what a services team actually pays. The free plan covers up to five users with the basics. Team adds the views, fields and dashboards most teams want, with a two seat minimum. Business is the heart of the lineup for services work, adding proofing, resource management and reporting, with a five seat minimum. Above that, Pinnacle is quote based. Seats are sold in fixed blocks, so headcount rounds up. Here are all plans as of June 2026, then what moves the cost.

What moves the real bill

What actually moves your bill

Wrike's per seat prices are easy to read, but the seat rules are what set your true monthly cost, and the block pricing is the one teams miss.

Seat minimums by tier. Team carries a two seat minimum and Business a five seat minimum, so a tiny team still pays the floor for its tier. That sets the real entry cost above the listed per seat price for the smallest teams.
Seats sold in fixed blocks. Wrike sells seats in groups of five for accounts up to thirty users, then in larger blocks above that. A team of six rounds up to ten seats, so it pays to plan headcount against the next block.
Team versus Business. Team covers general project work with dashboards and custom fields. Business is the step services and marketing teams take for proofing, resource management and advanced reporting, and it more than doubles the per seat price from $10 to $25.
Annual only above Team. Business and the tiers above it are sold annually only, so there is no monthly option to soften the commitment. Budget for the full year when you size a Business plan.
Pricing questions

Wrike pricing FAQ

Is Wrike free?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to five users with board and table views and active task management. It suits a small team trying Wrike, but it leaves out the dashboards, custom workflows, proofing and resourcing that make Wrike worth choosing for services work.

How much is Wrike per user?

As of June 2026, Team is $10 per user per month and Business is $25 per user per month, both billed annually. Team carries a two seat minimum and Business a five seat minimum. Pinnacle is quote based. Check the vendor for current pricing.

Why does Wrike round up my seat count?

Wrike sells seats in fixed blocks: groups of five for accounts up to thirty users, then larger blocks above that. A team of six buys ten seats, so headcount that sits just over a block boundary pays for the next block.

Team or Business?

Team fits general project management with dashboards and custom fields. Choose Business if you run client or marketing work and need proofing, resource management and advanced reporting, accepting the jump from $10 to $25 per seat.
