Keap pricing

What Keap really costs, why it is a single plan rather than tiers, and the add ons that move the final number.

Keap has simplified to a single plan, which makes its pricing unusual among CRMs. Rather than tiers, you buy one all in one package that bundles CRM, marketing automation, email and SMS, scheduling, invoicing and landing pages, with two user licenses included. The headline rate is $249 per month on an annual commitment, or $299 month to month. The figures to plan around are the extras: additional users, contact volume and SMS all add to the bill, and most buyers also pay a one time onboarding fee. Below is the plan as published, then the costs that move the real bill.

What moves the real bill

The plan price is the floor, users and volume move the bill.

Keap's single plan is simple to read, but several factors separate the headline rate from what a team actually pays. Budget for these before you commit.

Additional users. The plan includes two user licenses; each extra user costs about $39 per month, so a five person team pays well above the headline rate before any other add ons.
Contact volume. Pricing scales with the size of your contact list, so as your audience grows the monthly bill rises beyond the entry rate, much like other marketing led CRMs.
SMS volume. Built in texting is a strength, but higher SMS volume is an add on that can run from about $24 per month upward depending on how much you send.
Onboarding fee. Keap typically charges a one time onboarding or expert coaching fee on top of the subscription, so the first year costs more than twelve months of the plan alone. It can sometimes be negotiated.

How much does Keap cost?

Keap's single plan is $249 per month billed annually, or $299 month to month, and includes two users. Additional users are about $39 per month each, and contact and SMS volume add to the bill. Verified June 2026.

Why does Keap have only one plan?

Keap moved away from tiered plans to a single all in one package that bundles CRM, marketing automation, email, SMS, scheduling and invoicing. The tradeoff is simplicity for a higher entry price than tiered CRMs that let you start small.

Does Keap cost more than the headline price?

Usually. The plan includes two users, so extra seats at about $39 each, higher contact volume, added SMS and a one time onboarding fee all push real spend above $249 per month. These are the most common reasons the bill runs higher.
