Zoho Desk pricing

What Zoho Desk costs per user, plan by plan, why it is the most ticketing depth per dollar, and the Zia AI and telephony fees that change the final number.

Zoho Desk is the value play of the category, with a free plan for three agents and four paid tiers that climb gently. Express adds social channels and basic automation, Standard brings instant messaging, service level agreements and a themeable help center, Professional layers on multi department support, round robin routing and time tracking, and Enterprise adds advanced AI, custom functions and deeper customization. For the seat price you get more ticketing depth than almost any rival. Below we lay out each plan as published, then the Zia AI, telephony and add on costs that tend to lift real spend past the entry figure.

What moves the real bill

The seat price is the floor, not the bill.

Four things tend to separate the published Zoho Desk plan price from what teams actually pay. Budget for these before you commit.

Free and Express are tightly capped. The free plan covers only three agents with email ticketing, and Express adds little beyond social channels, so most teams that need messaging or service level agreements move to Standard or Professional.
Zia AI is largely Enterprise or add on. The Zia AI features, including reply assist and sentiment analysis, sit mainly on the Enterprise tier or as paid add ons, so meaningful AI use pushes you toward the top plan or extra fees.
Telephony and channels are metered. Built in phone support runs on call credits and per minute charges, and some channels carry their own costs, so a voice heavy desk adds usage spend beyond the seat price.
Monthly billing and tier jumps. Month to month billing costs more than annual, and features like routing, time tracking or advanced customization can force an upgrade to a higher and pricier tier.
