Zendesk pricing

What Zendesk Suite really costs, plan by plan, and the AI resolution, Copilot and add on fees that change the final number.

Zendesk Suite lists four tiers, and the published per agent price is only the starting point. Team covers core omnichannel ticketing, Growth adds self service and service level agreements, Professional brings skills based routing and custom analytics, and Enterprise layers on governance and scale. Most teams land on Growth or Professional. Below we lay out each plan as published, then the AI, Copilot and add on costs that tend to push real spend well past the seat price. Treat the list figure as the floor, not the ceiling, especially once AI volume enters the picture.

What moves the real bill

The seat price is the floor, not the bill.

Four things tend to separate the published Zendesk seat price from what teams actually pay. Budget for these before you commit.

AI agents bill per resolution. Zendesk now charges AI agents on an outcome basis, billed per automated resolution rather than per seat, so heavier automation use raises the bill as volume grows.
Copilot is a separate add on. The Copilot agent assist tool is its own per agent line item, near fifty dollars an agent a month on top of any Suite plan, so it stacks on the seat price.
Monthly billing and tier jumps. Month to month billing costs more than annual, and features like routing, analytics or governance can force an upgrade to a higher and pricier tier.
Other add ons. Quality assurance, workforce management and advanced data privacy are sold separately, so a full deployment costs more than the base Suite seat.
Pricing questions

Zendesk pricing FAQ

Is there a free version of Zendesk?

No. Zendesk Suite has no permanently free plan, though a free trial is available. The cheapest tier is Suite Team at $55 per agent per month billed annually. Pricing as of June 2026; check the vendor for current pricing.

How much does Zendesk cost?

Zendesk Suite lists Team at $55, Growth at $89, Professional at $115 and Enterprise from $169 per agent per month billed annually. Monthly billing costs more. AI resolutions and Copilot are billed separately. Verified June 2026.

Which Zendesk plan is best value?

For most teams, Suite Growth at $89 adds the self service portal and service level agreements that Team lacks. Larger operations that need skills based routing and custom analytics move up to Professional.

Why is Zendesk more expensive than the headline?

AI agents bill per resolution, Copilot is a separate per agent add on, and quality assurance and workforce management cost extra. These push real spend above the per seat sticker, especially at higher AI volume.
