What moves the real bill

What actually drives your Signeasy cost

The headline price is per seat a month, but the real figure on your invoice depends on how many seats you buy, the plan you need, the billing term you pick, and the add ons a regulated or high volume workflow requires. These are the levers that matter.

Seats and the plan you need. Signeasy is priced per seat a month, so cost scales with your team. Personal at about $10 covers one seat with a five send a month cap, Business at about $20 adds unlimited sending and AI, and Business Pro at about $30 adds governance and contract management. Pick the lowest plan that has the features you use, then multiply by seats.
The Personal send cap. The Personal plan lets you sign unlimited documents yourself but only send five contracts a month for signature. If you regularly send documents to others, you will outgrow Personal quickly and need Business, where sending is unlimited. Do not assume Personal covers a busy sending workflow.
Billing term. The prices most often quoted are the rate when billed yearly. Monthly billing costs more per seat, so a plan that looks like $20 a seat on an annual term will be higher month to month. If you want the lowest rate, commit to the annual term, and confirm the current figures before you sign.
Business versus Business Pro. Business covers unlimited sending, team templates and AI summaries. Business Pro adds roles and permissions, team visibility, requesting supporting documents, SharePoint and HubSpot management and priority support. If you need governance and contract management rather than just signing, the step up to Business Pro is where that lives.
Add ons and Build Your Plan. Single sign on, HIPAA compliance and SMS notifications are tied to the custom Build Your Plan tier or sold as add ons, and SMS delivery can carry its own charge. If your workflow needs HIPAA, SSO or SMS, price those in, since they are not part of the standard per seat figure.
Pricing questions

Signeasy pricing FAQ

How much does Signeasy cost?

Personal is about $10 a month for one seat, Business about $20 per seat a month, and Business Pro about $30 per seat a month, all at the yearly rate. Build Your Plan is custom for five or more seats. Monthly billing costs more than these annual figures. Check Signeasy for current pricing.

Does Signeasy have a free plan?

Yes. Signeasy offers a free plan for light use, plus a free trial of the paid plans. The free plan is limited, so for regular sending you will move to Personal or Business. Compare the paid tier you would actually land on rather than the free plan alone.

What is the difference between Personal and Business?

Personal is a single seat that lets you sign unlimited documents but send only five contracts a month for signature. Business is per seat, lifts sending to unlimited, and adds team templates, AI key term extraction and an admin dashboard. Teams that send regularly need Business, not Personal.

Why might my Signeasy bill be higher than expected?

Two common reasons. The quoted prices are the annual rate, so monthly billing costs more per seat. And HIPAA compliance, single sign on and SMS notifications sit on the custom Build Your Plan tier or as add ons. Budget for the billing term, the seats and any regulated features you need.

Is Signeasy good for mobile signing?

Yes. Signeasy is built mobile first, with iPhone, iPad and Android apps, in person signing and biometric verification, which is its main strength. If most of your signing happens on a phone or tablet, that focus is the reason to choose it over a desktop first signer.
