Signeasy

The mobile first signer: excellent phone and tablet apps, in person signing and broad compliance.

Signeasy built its name on mobile. Its iOS and Android apps are among the best in the category, in person signing and biometric verification are first class, and the desktop and integration story has grown into a capable contract workflow over time. Compliance reach is broad, covering ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and 21 CFR Part 11. The tradeoffs are a per user price that climbs as you add contract management, and a brand that is better known on phones than in the enterprise. For teams that sign on the move, it is a strong pick.

Signeasy scores highest on ease of use, driven by its mobile apps, and well on compliance. It sits a notch below the platform leaders because deep workflow automation and enterprise brand reach are not its focus.
