Proposify pricing, explained
What the Basic and Team plans cost, why send limits and per user billing matter, and where the real Proposify bill comes from.
Proposify is a proposal and quoting platform where electronic signatures are one step in a wider document workflow, so its pricing is built around proposal volume and seats rather than signatures alone. There are three plans: Basic for individuals and small teams, Team for growing teams that need integrations, and a custom Business plan. Every plan is priced per user a month, and each carries a monthly send limit with overage charges above it. There is no free plan, only a fourteen day trial. Below are the current prices, the terms that matter, and the line items that move your real cost.

Prices shown are the annual rate, monthly and quarterly billing cost more. Each plan includes a monthly send limit with overage charges, and there is no free plan.
What actually drives your Proposify cost
The headline price is per user a month, but the real figure on your invoice depends on how many seats you buy, how many proposals you send, the billing term you pick, and the add ons a larger rollout needs. These are the levers that matter.
Proposify pricing FAQ
How much does Proposify cost?
Basic is about $19 per user a month billed annually, or about $29 billed monthly. Team is about $41 per user a month billed annually, or about $49 billed quarterly. Business is custom and starts at about $3,900 a year. Every plan is per user with a monthly send limit. Check Proposify for current figures.
Does Proposify have a free plan?
No. Proposify offers a fourteen day free trial of the Team plan, but there is no ongoing free tier. If you need a free option for occasional signing, a dedicated signer like Dropbox Sign, SignWell or Signaturely will suit you better, since each offers a free plan.
What is the difference between Basic and Team?
Basic covers sending, tracking and electronic signatures with around 10 sends a month and up to 3 templates. Team adds unlimited sending, up to 10 templates, CRM integrations, automations and more collaborator seats. Most growing teams land on Team, which is why it costs roughly double the per seat price of Basic.
Why might my Proposify bill be higher than the sticker price?
Three reasons. The quoted prices are annual rates, so monthly or quarterly billing costs more. Each plan caps monthly sends, so heavy senders pay overage. And premium integrations like Salesforce or Aspire are add ons at about $9 a user a month. Budget for the term, the volume and the integrations you need.
Is Proposify just an e-signature tool?
No. Proposify is a proposal and quoting platform where electronic signatures are one step alongside document design, tracking and payments. If you only need signing, a dedicated signer like DocuSign or Dropbox Sign is usually cheaper and simpler than a full proposal platform.
