Proposify pricing, explained

What the Basic and Team plans cost, why send limits and per user billing matter, and where the real Proposify bill comes from.

Proposify is a proposal and quoting platform where electronic signatures are one step in a wider document workflow, so its pricing is built around proposal volume and seats rather than signatures alone. There are three plans: Basic for individuals and small teams, Team for growing teams that need integrations, and a custom Business plan. Every plan is priced per user a month, and each carries a monthly send limit with overage charges above it. There is no free plan, only a fourteen day trial. Below are the current prices, the terms that matter, and the line items that move your real cost.

What actually drives your Proposify cost

The headline price is per user a month, but the real figure on your invoice depends on how many seats you buy, how many proposals you send, the billing term you pick, and the add ons a larger rollout needs. These are the levers that matter.

Seats and the plan you need. Proposify is priced per user a month, so cost scales with your team. Basic at about $19 a user covers send and track for small teams, Team at about $41 a user adds unlimited sending and integrations, and Business is custom. Pick the lowest plan that has the features you actually use, since the jump from Basic to Team more than doubles the per seat price.
Send limits and overage. Every plan caps how many documents you can send each month, even though drafting and editing are always unlimited. Basic includes around 10 sends and Team includes 30, with overage charged per send above the limit. If your volume is spiky, those overage fees add up, so size your plan to a busy month rather than an average one.
Billing term. Basic can be billed monthly or annually, Team is billed quarterly or annually, and Business is annual. The annual rates are the lowest, so monthly Basic at about $29 and quarterly Team at about $49 cost more per seat than the figures most often quoted. Confirm the term before you compare against rivals.
No free plan. Unlike Dropbox Sign, SignWell and Signaturely, Proposify has no free tier, only a fourteen day trial of the Team plan. If you need an ongoing free option for occasional signing, Proposify is not the tool, and a dedicated signer with a free plan will serve you better.
Add ons and onboarding. Premium integrations such as the Salesforce managed package and Aspire are add ons at about $9 a user a month each, and custom template design and premium onboarding are priced separately. Map the integrations and services you need, since they can lift the real cost well above the per seat sticker price.
Pricing questions

Proposify pricing FAQ

How much does Proposify cost?

Basic is about $19 per user a month billed annually, or about $29 billed monthly. Team is about $41 per user a month billed annually, or about $49 billed quarterly. Business is custom and starts at about $3,900 a year. Every plan is per user with a monthly send limit. Check Proposify for current figures.

Does Proposify have a free plan?

No. Proposify offers a fourteen day free trial of the Team plan, but there is no ongoing free tier. If you need a free option for occasional signing, a dedicated signer like Dropbox Sign, SignWell or Signaturely will suit you better, since each offers a free plan.

What is the difference between Basic and Team?

Basic covers sending, tracking and electronic signatures with around 10 sends a month and up to 3 templates. Team adds unlimited sending, up to 10 templates, CRM integrations, automations and more collaborator seats. Most growing teams land on Team, which is why it costs roughly double the per seat price of Basic.

Why might my Proposify bill be higher than the sticker price?

Three reasons. The quoted prices are annual rates, so monthly or quarterly billing costs more. Each plan caps monthly sends, so heavy senders pay overage. And premium integrations like Salesforce or Aspire are add ons at about $9 a user a month. Budget for the term, the volume and the integrations you need.

Is Proposify just an e-signature tool?

No. Proposify is a proposal and quoting platform where electronic signatures are one step alongside document design, tracking and payments. If you only need signing, a dedicated signer like DocuSign or Dropbox Sign is usually cheaper and simpler than a full proposal platform.
