ProofHub pricing explained

Two flat monthly fees with no per user charge, so the math turns entirely on team size rather than seats.

ProofHub is unusual in this category: it charges a flat monthly fee for unlimited users rather than a per seat rate. That makes it cheap for large teams and relatively expensive for very small ones. There are two plans and no free tier, just a free trial. Essential at $45 a month covers 40 projects and 15GB of storage; Ultimate Control adds unlimited projects, 100GB, custom roles, white labeling, workflows, API access and advanced reports. Below are the plans as of June 2026, then a plain look at what moves the cost.

What moves the real bill

What actually moves your bill

With ProofHub the usual per seat math goes out the window. The flat fee means your cost per person falls as the team grows, so the real questions are team size, project count and whether you need the control features on the top plan.

Flat fee, not per seat. ProofHub charges one monthly fee for unlimited users, so the more people you add, the lower the cost per head. For a team of two the flat fee feels steep, but for fifty or a hundred it can undercut per seat tools sharply. Run the math against your headcount, not a per user sticker price.
Essential or Ultimate Control. Essential at $45 caps you at 40 projects and 15GB of storage. Ultimate Control lifts that to unlimited projects and 100GB and adds custom roles, white labeling, workflows, API access and IP restrictions. Choose between them on project volume and whether you need the control and branding features.
The intro rate on Ultimate Control. Ultimate Control runs a limited time offer of $89 a month for the first three months on annual billing, then rises to $135. Budget for the standard $135 rate, not the intro price, so the increase after three months is not a surprise.
Annual versus monthly billing. Annual billing holds the lower rates of $45 and $89. Monthly billing runs higher, at $50 for Essential and $99 then $150 for Ultimate Control. Teams that plan to keep ProofHub usually take the annual commitment.
Pricing questions

ProofHub pricing FAQ

Is ProofHub free?

ProofHub has no free plan, only a 14 day free trial that needs no credit card. After the trial you move to one of the two paid plans, Essential or Ultimate Control, both of which are flat monthly fees for unlimited users.

How much is ProofHub per user?

ProofHub does not charge per user. It charges a flat fee: $45 a month for Essential and $89 a month for Ultimate Control on annual billing as of June 2026, both with unlimited users. The effective cost per person depends entirely on team size. Check the vendor for current pricing.

What is the difference between Essential and Ultimate Control?

Essential covers 40 projects and 15GB of storage with the core toolset. Ultimate Control adds unlimited projects, 100GB of storage, custom roles, white labeling, workflows, API access, IP restrictions and advanced reports, and suits agencies and larger teams that need governance and branding.

Is ProofHub good value for large teams?

Because the fee is flat for unlimited users, ProofHub gets cheaper per person as the team grows, which can make it strong value at scale. For very small teams a per seat tool is often cheaper. The break even point depends on how many people you would otherwise pay seats for.
