ProofHub

A flat rate work tool with no per user fee, strong proofing and a calm feature set built for growing teams and clients.

ProofHub charges one flat monthly fee for unlimited users, which flips the usual math: the more people you add, the cheaper it gets per head. Inside you get tasks with board, table, Gantt and calendar views, time tracking, discussions, chat, notes, forms and a proofing tool that lets you mark up and approve files in place. It is a natural fit for marketing and agency teams that share work with clients. The tradeoffs are a dated feel in places, a 40 project cap on the entry plan, and a thinner integration list than the big platforms, so teams that lean on many connected apps may feel boxed in.

The scorecard

Flat pricing and proofing lead, integrations are the trade.

ProofHub scores well on value and support, driven by the flat fee that rewards larger teams. Integrations are the soft spot, and the interface trails the slickest rivals, so the appeal rests on price and the built in proofing rather than raw breadth.
