HubSpot CRM pricing

What HubSpot Sales Hub costs per seat, where the free plan ends, and the onboarding fees the headline price leaves out.

HubSpot is genuinely free to start, which is much of its appeal, but the jump from free to paid and then to Professional is where the cost lands. Sales Hub runs from a free tier through Starter, Professional and Enterprise, priced per seat. The two things that surprise buyers are the seat model, where different seat types carry different prices, and the one time onboarding fees on the upper tiers. Below is each plan as published plus the costs that move the real number.

What moves the real bill

Free to start, but watch seats and onboarding.

HubSpot is easy to begin and easy to underestimate. Four factors tend to move the real bill beyond the headline per seat price.

Seat types. HubSpot separates paid sales seats from cheaper core seats. Mixing the right seat types for each user keeps cost down; getting it wrong inflates the bill.
One time onboarding fees. Professional carries a one time onboarding fee around $1,500 and Enterprise around $3,500. These are separate from the subscription and easy to miss in early budgeting.
Marketing contacts. If you add Marketing Hub, billing scales with marketing contacts, not just seats, so list growth raises cost independent of headcount.
Add on hubs and tiers. Bundling Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs, or moving sales features from Starter to Professional, is where most of the spend increase happens as teams grow.
Pricing questions

HubSpot CRM pricing FAQ

Is HubSpot CRM really free?

Yes. HubSpot offers a free CRM for up to two users with contact, deal and pipeline management. Paid Sales Hub tiers start at $15 per seat per month and add automation, sequences and reporting. Pricing as of June 2026; check the vendor for current pricing.

How much does HubSpot Sales Hub cost?

Sales Hub is $0 for Free, $15 per seat for Starter, $90 per seat for Professional and $150 per seat for Enterprise, billed annually. Professional adds a one time $1,500 onboarding fee and Enterprise $3,500. Verified June 2026.

Why is HubSpot more expensive than it looks?

The jump from Starter to Professional is large, the onboarding fees on upper tiers are one time but real, and adding Marketing Hub bills by marketing contacts. Together these push spend above the per seat headline.

Which HubSpot plan should most teams pick?

Small teams that want a free or low cost CRM can stay on Free or Starter. Teams that need email sequences and sales automation need Professional at $90 per seat, which is where HubSpot becomes a full sales platform.
