HappyFox pricing
What HappyFox costs per agent, plan by plan, why the cheapest Basic plan is capped at five agents, and the unlimited agent and AI fees that change the final number.
HappyFox prices its help desk per agent across four tiers, billed annually. Basic is a low cost entry plan capped at five agents, Team opens up multichannel support, custom fields and SLA management, Pro adds asset management and advanced reporting, and Enterprise Pro is quoted for the largest teams. For high volume operations HappyFox also sells unlimited agent plans priced by ticket count rather than per seat. Below we lay out each per agent plan as published, then the unlimited agent option and the AI and add on products that tend to push real spend past the per agent figure.
