Gorgias pricing

What Gorgias costs by ticket volume, plan by plan, why it bills tickets rather than seats, and the AI Agent and overage fees that decide your real spend.

Gorgias prices differently from most desks: instead of charging per seat, it charges by monthly ticket volume, so you can add unlimited users on every plan. Starter is a tiny on ramp, Basic suits small ecommerce stores, Pro fits growing brands, and Advanced serves high volume teams, with Enterprise quoted for the largest. The model rewards teams with many light users but punishes teams whose ticket count spikes. The twist is the AI Agent, which resolves tickets automatically but bills per interaction and counts each one as a ticket. Below we lay out each plan as published, then the AI Agent, overage and billing details that tend to push real spend past the headline.

What moves the real bill

Tickets and AI, not seats, decide the bill.

Four things tend to separate the published Gorgias plan price from what teams actually pay. Model your monthly ticket volume first, then the AI Agent usage.

Overages add up fast. Tickets beyond your monthly quota bill at about 40 cents each on Starter and Basic and about 36 cents on Pro and Advanced, so a busy month or a seasonal spike can lift the bill well past the plan price.
AI Agent bills per interaction. The AI Agent, which resolves tickets on its own, bills about 90 cents per interaction on annual plans, and each interaction also counts as a billable ticket, so heavy automation raises both the AI line and your ticket usage.
The model rewards light users, not volume. Because Gorgias bills tickets rather than seats, large teams with low volume pay little while lean teams with high volume can pay a lot, so the model fits some support shapes far better than others.
Annual billing and tier jumps. Annual billing gives roughly two months free, and outgrowing a ticket quota forces an upgrade to the next and pricier tier rather than a small per seat increase.
Pricing questions

Gorgias pricing FAQ

Is there a free version of Gorgias?

No. Gorgias has no permanently free plan, though a free trial is available. The cheapest paid tier is Starter at $10 per month for up to 50 tickets and three seats. Pricing as of June 2026; check the vendor for current pricing.

How much does Gorgias cost?

Gorgias bills by ticket volume, not per seat. Monthly plans list Starter at $10, Basic at $60, Pro at $360 and Advanced at $900, with Enterprise quoted. Annual billing gives roughly two months free. AI Agent interactions and overage tickets bill separately. Verified June 2026.

How does Gorgias ticket based pricing work?

Each plan includes a monthly ticket quota and unlimited user seats. Tickets beyond the quota bill at about 40 cents each on lower plans and about 36 cents on higher ones, and every AI Agent interaction also counts as a ticket, so your real cost tracks volume rather than headcount.

Why is Gorgias more expensive than the headline?

Overage tickets, the per interaction AI Agent fee and the jump to a higher tier when you outgrow a quota all add up. For a store with steady, predictable volume the plan price is close to the bill, but a seasonal spike or heavy AI use can push spend well above it.
