How does Formsite count usage?
Formsite meters results per form, not total submissions across your account. That is unusual, and it means a single high traffic form can require a higher tier even when your overall volume is modest. Plan around your busiest form.
What add ons cost extra on Formsite?
The two common ones are sub users at $10 a month each, for additional logins with restricted permissions, and the Results Docs add on at $50 a month for custom merged PDF or Word documents. Both are billed on top of your plan.
