A low priced, feature rich project tool that rewards teams already living inside the wider Zoho suite.
Zoho Projects packs a lot of project management into a low price. Tasks, subtasks, dependencies, Gantt charts, time logs, timesheets, budgets and blueprints are all there, and the Premium plan starts at just $4 per user. It connects naturally to Zoho CRM, Books, People and the rest of the suite, and adds Zia, the built in AI assistant. The tradeoffs are familiar to Zoho products: the interface feels busier and less polished than the design led rivals, the best value comes when you already use other Zoho apps, and read only users and storage are capped by tier rather than open.
