Zoho Forms
A capable, well priced form builder that pays off most inside the Zoho world.
Zoho Forms is the form layer of the broader Zoho suite, and that context explains both its strengths and its ceiling. On its own it is a solid builder with conditional logic, approval workflows, payments through Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay, and entry pricing that undercuts most rivals at about $12 per month. Where it pulls ahead is connection: submissions push natively into Zoho CRM, Books, Desk and Sign without paying for middleware. The catch is that the most useful features, including payments, conditional logic and approvals, sit behind a paid tier, and the design polish is good rather than great. If you already run Zoho, it is close to a default. If you do not, the case is about value rather than wow.
Cheap to start and deep on logic, it pays off best inside the Zoho stack.

Value and logic, best realised inside Zoho
Zoho Forms scores well on value, logic and integrations, where the native Zoho connections do real work. Respondent experience is solid rather than standout, and the gating of key features behind paid tiers is the main reservation.
