In August 2025 Yotpo announced it was exiting the email and SMS business to focus on Reviews, Loyalty and UGC, and it sunset its native SMS product, formerly SMSBump, on December 31, 2025. As of June 2026 the Yotpo pricing page no longer lists SMS, and existing customers were guided to migrate, with Yotpo naming Attentive and Omnisend among migration partners. For reference, Yotpo SMS historically priced as a free starter tier plus paid plans built on a monthly SMS base fee, around $19 a month, plus per message usage near $0.0149 per SMS on the entry paid tier, with better per message rates on higher tiers.
