Xero pricing
What Xero costs in the US, tier by tier, why every plan includes unlimited users, and the add ons that change the final number.
Xero keeps its US pricing simple: three monthly tiers, and every one includes unlimited users, which is unusual and a real saving for teams. Early is the entry plan but it is capped at 20 invoices and 5 bills a month, so it suits only the lightest solo use. Growing removes those caps and is where most small businesses land, and Established adds multi currency, projects, expense claims and analytics. Below we lay out each plan as published, then the payroll, payment processing and bill pay costs that tend to push real spend past the subscription. The unlimited users help, but usage based fees still add up.
