Wufoo pricing, explained

Wufoo keeps a free plan and four paid tiers. The thing that moves your bill is monthly entries, not forms.

Wufoo, now part of SurveyMonkey, prices on a simple ladder: a free plan and four paid tiers that mostly differ by how many entries you can collect each month and how many users you get. Forms become unlimited from the Professional tier up, so for most buyers the real question is entry volume, not form count. Below are the plans as of June 2026, billed annually, and the factors that actually decide what you pay.

What moves the real bill

What actually moves the bill

Wufoo's plans differ on a few axes. These are the ones that decide your tier.

Monthly entries, not forms. The ladder is built around how many entries you collect each month, from 1,000 on Starter to 200,000 on Ultimate. Forms go unlimited at Professional, so volume, not form count, is what pushes you up.
Entry overages. Go over your monthly entry limit on a paid plan and Wufoo charges $0.05 per extra entry at the end of the cycle. Spiky months can cost more than the headline price.
Users and storage. Seats and file storage step up with each tier, from 1 user and 1 GB on Starter to 60 users and 20 GB on Ultimate. A bigger team or heavy uploads can be the reason to move up.
Payments need Professional. Accepting payments on a form starts at the Professional tier, so if you take money through Wufoo, that is your floor regardless of volume.
Pricing questions

Wufoo pricing FAQ

Does Wufoo have a free plan?

Yes. The free plan allows 5 forms, 100 entries per month and 10 fields per form, with Wufoo branding. It is enough to trial the product or run a single low volume form.

What happens if I exceed my entry limit?

On paid plans, Wufoo charges $0.05 for each entry over your monthly allowance, billed at the end of the cycle. On the free plan, a form simply stops accepting entries once it hits 100 for the month.

When do I need a paid Wufoo plan?

The common triggers are needing more than 100 entries a month, taking payments (Professional and up), removing branding, or adding users. If none of those apply, the free plan can be enough.

Is Wufoo billed monthly or annually?

The headline rates are billed annually, charged as one yearly payment. Month to month billing is available but costs more for the same plan.
