Weebly Pricing Explained
A free branded tier and three paid plans under Square, with a 3% fee on sales that only the top Performance plan removes.
Weebly, now owned by Square, keeps a simple four plan lineup: Free, Personal, Professional and Performance. The rates below are the annual prices; paying month to month costs more. Annual paid plans include a free domain for the first year. The detail that catches sellers out is the 3% Weebly transaction fee, which applies on every plan except Performance and sits on top of normal card processing. So a busy store effectively pushes you to the Performance tier to drop that fee.
Plans and prices
Per month, billed annuallyPlan pricing as of June 2026, billed annually; monthly billing runs higher (about $13, $16 and $29). A 3% Weebly transaction fee applies on every plan except Performance, on top of payment processing. Check the vendor for current pricing.
Where the Weebly bill grows past the plan price
The monthly plan is only part of the cost. A few other charges commonly lift the real bill, so plan for these before you commit to a term.
Weebly pricing FAQ
Is Weebly really free?
Weebly has a free plan, but it shows Weebly ads, uses a Weebly subdomain rather than your own domain, and still charges a 3% fee on any sales. It works for testing, not for a finished business site.
What is the Weebly 3% transaction fee?
On every plan except Performance, Weebly adds a 3% fee to each sale, separate from card processing. The Performance plan removes this fee, which is why heavier sellers move up to it.
Is Weebly still being updated?
Weebly is owned by Square and is quietly maintained, with few new features. Square now points new merchants toward Square Online, so factor the slow pace of updates into a long commitment.
Does Weebly include a free domain?
Annual paid plans include a free domain for the first year. After that the domain renews at the standard price, added to your plan cost.
