Sakari pricing
What Sakari really costs, how its per segment billing works, and the things that move the bill beyond the entry plan.
Sakari prices SMS per message segment rather than as a flat per message fee. You pick a plan, month to month or annual, and each segment costs a rate set by your plan and the destination country. Plans start at about $25 a month, around $16 a month on an annual commitment, and include a free dedicated number for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom or France. On the entry plan a US segment runs roughly 3 cents, and higher plans lower that rate, so volume buyers pay less per text. Messages over 160 characters split into multiple segments, and an MMS adds about 2 cents. Below is the model, then the things that move your real spend.

Does Sakari have a free plan?
Sakari does not offer a permanent free plan, but paid plans start at about $25 a month, around $16 a month on annual billing, and include a free dedicated number for the US, Canada, the UK or France. A trial is available to test fit before committing.
Is Sakari cheaper billed annually?
Yes. Annual billing lowers the monthly cost, for example an entry plan near $25 a month dropping toward $16 a month on an annual commitment. Higher plans also carry lower per segment rates, so volume plus an annual commit gives the lowest effective price.
