Pipedrive pricing
What Pipedrive really costs per user, tier by tier, and the add ons that quietly change the final number.
Pipedrive keeps its core pricing refreshingly simple: one flat per user rate per tier, with a clear step up in features as you climb. Plans run from Essential through Advanced, Professional, Power and Enterprise, all billed per seat. The catch is not the tiers themselves but the add ons. Lead generation, documents, marketing email and web visitor tracking are sold separately, and a sales led team that bolts on two or three of them can roughly double the per seat figure. Below is each plan as published, then the costs that move the real bill.
Plans and prices
Per user / month, billed annuallyPricing as of June 2026. Per user, per month, billed annually; monthly billing runs higher (Advanced is about $34 monthly). A Power tier sits between Professional and Enterprise at $69 per user. Check the vendor for current pricing.
The seat price is the floor, the add ons are the bill.
Pipedrive's published tiers are honest, but a few things separate the per user rate from what sales teams actually pay. Budget for these before you commit.
Pipedrive pricing FAQ
Is there a free version of Pipedrive?
No. Pipedrive does not offer a permanently free plan. The cheapest paid tier is Essential at $14 per user per month billed annually, and a 14 day free trial lets you test any plan before paying. Pricing as of June 2026; check the vendor for current pricing.
How much does Pipedrive cost per user?
List prices run $14 for Essential, $29 for Advanced, $59 for Professional, $69 for Power and $99 for Enterprise per user per month, billed annually. Monthly billing is higher. Most growing teams choose Professional. Verified June 2026.
Which Pipedrive plan is best value?
For most sales led teams, Professional at $59 is the sweet spot, adding forecasting, Smart Docs and reporting. Smaller teams that only need a clean pipeline can start on Essential or Advanced and upgrade later.
Does Pipedrive charge extra beyond the seat price?
Often, yes. LeadBooster, Smart Docs, Campaigns, Projects and Web Visitors are separate add ons, and monthly billing costs more than annual. Stacking add ons is the most common reason real spend runs above the headline per seat figure.
