Paperform pricing, explained

Paperform has a free tier and three paid plans. The lever that moves your bill is annual submissions.

Paperform prices on annual submission allowances rather than monthly caps, which suits seasonal or campaign based use. There is a limited free tier, then Essentials, Pro and Business, separated mainly by submissions, users and the size of the payment and appointment allowances. Below are the plans as of June 2026, billed annually, and the factors that actually decide what you pay.

What moves the real bill

What actually moves the bill

Paperform's tiers differ on a few axes. These decide which plan you land on.

Annual submissions, not monthly. Allowances are counted per year, from 1,200 on Essentials to 120,000 on Business. This rewards bursty use, but it also means a single busy season can use up a yearly allowance fast.
Submission add ons. Run over your allowance and you can buy more, for example $7.50 a month per extra 3,000 submissions on Essentials, scaling up on higher tiers. Heavy volume can lift the effective price well above the headline.
Users. Seats are limited per tier, 1 on Essentials, 3 on Pro, 5 on Business, with extra Business users at $9 each per month up to 25. A larger team can be the reason to move up or pay per seat.
Payments and appointments. Each plan caps payment submissions and appointment bookings separately from regular submissions. If you sell or schedule through Paperform, those sub limits, not total submissions, may set your tier.
Pricing questions

Paperform pricing FAQ

Does Paperform have a free plan?

Yes, a limited one. The free tier allows 30 submissions a month with one user and Paperform branding. It is enough to build and test, but most live use needs a paid plan.

How does Paperform count submissions?

Allowances are annual, not monthly, so a 12,000 a year Pro plan averages 1,000 a month but lets you absorb a busy period. Payment and appointment submissions are counted under their own separate caps.

What happens if I go over my submission limit?

You can buy add on submission blocks, priced per tier, for example $7.50 a month per extra 3,000 on Essentials. Forms keep working; the extra volume is billed.

Is Paperform billed monthly or annually?

The rates here are billed annually as one payment. Month to month billing is offered but costs more for the same plan.
