PandaDoc pricing, explained

What the plans cost, where the free plan ends, and why the real PandaDoc bill is about seats.

PandaDoc sells a free plan plus three paid tiers: Starter, Business and a custom Enterprise plan. The free plan covers electronic signatures on uploaded documents, which is more generous than most rivals. The catch is that the features most teams actually want, like CRM integrations and the content library, live on the Business plan, and PandaDoc bills per seat. Below are the current prices, the document limits, and what moves your real cost.

What moves the real bill

What actually drives your PandaDoc cost

PandaDoc looks affordable at the Starter price, but the real bill depends on how many seats you buy and which plan unlocks the features you need. These are the levers to watch.

Seats. PandaDoc bills per seat, and every team member who creates or sends documents needs one. A small sales team on Business adds up quickly, so count your real senders before you commit.
The Business jump. CRM integrations and the content library, the features most sales teams buy PandaDoc for, require the Business plan at $49 a seat. If you need them, budget for Business, not Starter.
Document limits. Starter and Business have document send limits. Above them, additional documents are billed per document, about $2 each on Starter annual, $3.50 on Starter monthly and $2.60 on Business monthly.
Free plan scope. The free plan covers electronic signatures on documents you upload, but not the proposal editor, templates or CRM features. It is a real signer, not a free version of the sales platform.
Billing term. Annual billing saves meaningfully versus monthly. Starter is about $19 a seat annually versus about $35 monthly, so a yearly commitment roughly halves the per seat cost.
Pricing questions

PandaDoc pricing FAQ

Does PandaDoc have a free plan?

Yes. The free plan covers unlimited electronic signatures on documents you upload, with unlimited seats, a mobile app and payments. It does not include the proposal editor, templates or CRM integrations.

How much does PandaDoc cost?

Starter is about $19 a seat a month billed annually and Business is about $49 a seat a month billed annually. Enterprise is custom quoted. Monthly billing costs more on each paid tier.

What is the difference between Starter and Business?

Business adds the features most sales teams want: CRM integrations, the content library and approval workflows. Starter covers the editor, templates, analytics and tracking, but not CRM.

Is PandaDoc cheaper than DocuSign?

At the entry paid tier, PandaDoc Starter at about $19 is slightly more than DocuSign Standard math per seat, but PandaDoc includes a free plan and bundles proposals. For pure signing, dedicated signers cost less than either.

Are there extra fees?

Beyond seats, the main extra is per document overage above your plan limit, billed at roughly $2 to $3.50 per document depending on plan and billing term. Enterprise can be priced per document instead of per seat.
