Omnisend pricing

What Omnisend costs tier by tier, why your contact count drives the bill, and where the email cap and SMS add to it.

Omnisend prices by the number of contacts you store, across three tiers aimed at ecommerce. There is a free plan for up to 250 contacts and 500 emails a month, then Standard and Pro. The headline numbers below are for 500 contacts; both paid tiers scale up as your list grows. The catch most buyers miss is the email allowance on Standard, where monthly email credits equal your contacts times twelve, so high frequency senders hit the cap and move to Pro for unlimited emails. SMS is billed separately on every plan. New customers can save 30 percent for the first three months. Below is each plan as published, then the things that move the number.

What moves the real bill

Contacts, the email cap and SMS set the bill.

Four things tend to separate Omnisend's entry price from what teams actually pay. Plan for these before you commit.

Contacts drive the band. Both Standard and Pro are priced by contact count, so a growing list raises the bill: Standard runs roughly $65 to $75 at 5,000 contacts and over $120 at 10,000.
Standard caps your sends. On Standard, monthly email credits equal your contacts times twelve, so a high frequency sender hits the cap and needs Pro, which is where unlimited emails sit.
SMS is a separate budget. Text marketing is billed on top from about $0.007 per message. Pro includes free monthly SMS credits equal to your plan cost, but Standard and Free do not.
Built for ecommerce. Omnisend's automations and product features assume a connected store on Shopify, BigCommerce or WooCommerce, so the value depends on selling online rather than running a plain newsletter.
