Justworks publishes flat per employee pricing, which is unusual for a PEO. PEO Basic is $59 per employee per month and PEO Plus is $109, the difference being managed health insurance administration. A separate payroll only plan, for teams that do not need the PEO, runs $8 per employee per month plus a $50 monthly base. The published model has no setup fees or long term contracts. The one caveat is benefits: on the Plus tier the health, dental and vision premiums are separate from the platform fee, and they typically make up the larger share of the real invoice.
