Hiver pricing

What Hiver costs per user, plan by plan, which features sit behind each tier, and the seat minimum and monthly billing that change the final number.

Hiver prices its shared inbox per user across a free plan and three paid tiers, with the headline figures billed annually. The free plan is a real starting point for small teams, Growth adds automation and analytics, Pro is the most popular plan and opens up rounds, integrations and a chat channel, and Elite layers on routing, advanced analytics and uptime guarantees. Hiver lives inside Gmail and Outlook, so the value is the workflow layered into the inbox you already use. Below we lay out each plan as published, then the seat minimum, the monthly premium and the channel choices that tend to push real spend past the per user figure.

What moves the real bill

The per user price is most of the bill, with a few movers.

Four things tend to separate the published Hiver per user price from what teams actually pay. None is large on its own, but they add up.

Monthly billing costs more. Month to month billing runs noticeably higher than annual, $35, $65 and $95 per user against $25, $55 and $85, so the headline figures assume a yearly commitment.
The Growth to Pro jump. Round robin assignment, a live chat channel and deeper integrations sit on Pro, so a team that wants balanced routing or chat moves up from Growth to the $55 seat rather than staying on the cheaper plan.
Seat minimums and increments. Paid plans start at a two seat minimum and then scale in set increments, so a small team can pay for more seats than it strictly has as it grows.
Omni and AI add to the price. Hiver's broader Omni package for voice, WhatsApp and other channels, along with its AI features, sit beyond the core shared inbox tiers, so a multichannel or AI heavy rollout costs more than the per user figure.
