GetAccept pricing, explained

What the eSign and Professional plans cost, why the five user minimum matters, and where the real GetAccept bill comes from.

GetAccept is a digital sales room platform where signing is one part of a wider deal workflow, so its pricing reflects that scope. There are three plans: eSign for teams that mainly want signatures, Professional for the full AI sales room experience, and a custom Enterprise plan. The eSign plan is approachable, but the jump to Professional comes with a five user minimum that changes the math. Below are the current prices, the terms that matter, and the line items that move your real cost.

What actually drives your GetAccept cost

The headline price is per user, but the real figure on your invoice depends on the plan you need, the five user minimum on Professional, and the add ons a sales workflow often requires. These are the levers that matter.

eSign versus Professional. eSign at about $25 a user a month covers unlimited signing, the editor, contract management and templates. Professional at about $49 a user a month adds the AI digital sales room, deal rooms and mutual action plans. If you only need signing, eSign is the plan, so do not pay for the sales room you will not use.
The five user minimum. Professional requires a minimum of five users, so even a smaller team pays for five seats, roughly $2,940 a year before any add ons. That minimum is the single biggest jump in GetAccept pricing, so factor it in before assuming Professional is a small step up from eSign.
Add ons. Several capabilities, including premium CRM integrations like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, CPQ, unlimited AI content and some payment and HR integrations, are priced as add ons. Map the integrations and AI you need, since add ons commonly lift the real cost well above the list price.
Billing term. The eSign plan can be paid monthly or annually, while Professional and Enterprise are billed annually. All plans cover a twelve month agreement, so even monthly eSign billing commits you for the year. Confirm the current terms before you sign.
eID and SMS charges. Features like eID verification in the Nordics and SMS delivery can carry additional charges. If your signing relies on those, price them in, since they are not always included in the per seat figure.
