Frase pricing explained

Three published tiers built around content volume, seats and sites, then a custom enterprise plan for security and white label.

Frase prices the size of your content operation, not the words. Every paid plan runs the same core loop, researching a topic, drafting in your voice, publishing to your CMS, scoring for search and AI, and flagging ranking drops, so the limits that move your bill are how many articles and audit pages you process, how many seats and sites you run, and whether you turn on pay as you go overages. There is no permanent free plan, only a 7 day trial with no card required. The published ladder runs Starter, Professional and Scale, with Enterprise for security, white label and custom limits. Below is every plan as of June 2026, then what actually moves your cost. Check the vendor for current pricing.

What moves the real bill

What actually moves your cost

Every paid plan runs the same loop, so the features are not the meter. Three things decide what Frase really costs, and your monthly article and audit volume is the one that matters most.

Articles and audit pages. Each plan caps how many articles you draft and audit pages you score a month, from 10 articles and 50 audits on Starter to 100 articles and 1,000 audits on Scale. Run more than your cap and the plan holds until reset, unless you opt into overages.
Seats and sites. Starter is one seat on one site. Professional adds 3 seats across 5 sites, and Scale opens 5 seats across up to 10 domains. Extra seats are $29 a month on the two higher plans, so a growing team can add people without jumping tiers.
Pay as you go overages. On Professional and Scale you can switch on overages to keep working past a cap. Professional adds about $5 per extra article, $0.50 per audit page and $0.25 per AI prompt. Scale is cheaper per unit. Overages are off by default, so a surprise bill only happens if you enable them.
Annual versus monthly. Annual billing takes 20 percent off the monthly rate. The headline figures here are the annual rate per month, so monthly billing is $49 for Starter, $129 for Professional and $299 for Scale.
