What actually moves the bill

Cognito Forms keeps features broadly consistent across tiers. These are the levers that decide your plan.

→ Monthly entries. The clearest difference between tiers is entries per month, 100 free, 2,000 on Pro, 10,000 on Team and unlimited on Enterprise. Entry volume is the usual reason to move up.
→ Users and guests. Seats step up from 1 to 20 across the tiers, and guest access, for sharing forms with outside collaborators, starts on Team. A bigger or more collaborative team can set your floor.
→ Storage. File storage rises from 100 MB free to 100 GB on Enterprise. Forms with heavy file uploads can push you up a tier even if entry volume is modest.
→ Prepay discount. Paying for a year or two up front saves up to 20 percent against the monthly rate. For a plan you intend to keep, prepaying is the simplest way to lower the price.

Can I accept payments on the free plan?

Yes. Payment acceptance is included on every Cognito Forms plan, including the free Individual tier, though higher tiers add gateways like Square and PayPal along with more collaboration features.

What is the difference between the paid tiers?

Mostly entries, users, guests and storage rather than core form features. Pro adds capacity and removes ads, Team adds workflows and guest access, and Enterprise lifts entries to unlimited with more seats and storage.

How does the annual discount work?

You can prepay for one or two years and save up to 20 percent against the monthly rate. You can still change plan levels after prepaying, with the balance prorated.
