AWeber pricing

What AWeber costs tier by tier, why your subscriber count drives the bill, and where the Lite caps and branding push you to Plus.

AWeber prices by the number of subscribers on your list, across four plans. There is a Free plan for up to 500 subscribers and 3,000 emails a month, then Lite, Plus and a flat rate Unlimited tier for very large senders. The headline numbers below are for 500 subscribers on monthly billing; Lite and Plus both scale up as your list grows. The two things most buyers weigh are the feature caps and send limits on Lite, where you can send ten times your subscriber count a month, and the AWeber branding that only comes off on Plus and above. Annual billing saves 16.7 percent on Lite and 33.3 percent on Plus. Below is each plan as published, then the things that move the number.

What moves the real bill

Subscribers, the Lite caps and branding set the bill.

Four things tend to separate AWeber's entry price from what teams actually pay. Plan for these before you commit.

Subscribers drive the band. Both Lite and Plus are priced by subscriber count. Lite runs $15 at 500, $60 at 5,000 and $100 at 10,000; Plus runs $30, $90 and $135 at the same sizes, so a growing list raises the bill.
Lite caps features and sends. Lite limits how many automations, landing pages, users and segments you can have, and caps sends at ten times your subscribers a month, so heavier senders move to Plus for full access.
Branding only comes off on Plus. Free and Lite carry AWeber branding on emails. Removing it for a fully branded look needs Plus or Unlimited, which is a common reason to skip Lite.
Annual prepay and the Unlimited jump. The 16.7 percent Lite and 33.3 percent Plus savings need a yearly commitment, and the flat $899 Unlimited tier only pays off for very large lists, typically tens of thousands of subscribers.
